• Please carry a valid photo ID for entry.
• Tickets once purchased are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Once the total number of tickets are scanned, that will not be rescanned again.
• Security procedures, including frisking, are at the discretion of the event management.
• Prohibited items such as (but not limited to) weapons, knives, firearms, fireworks, helmets, laser devices, bottles, and musical instruments will not be allowed into the venue. Possession of such items may result in ejection from the premises, with or without the item.
• The organizers/sponsors/performers are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the event. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata.
• Entry may be denied to persons found in an inebriated or intoxicated state.
• The organizers reserve the right to deny entry to latecomers.
• All venue rules and regulations will apply and must be strictly followed.
• Entry is subject to ticket verification and may be denied if tickets are found to be tampered with or duplicated.
• Outside food and beverages are strictly not allowed inside the venue.
• The event schedule is subject to change without prior notice.
• Smoking, vaping, or consumption of illegal substances inside the venue is strictly prohibited.
• Videography, or audio recording, may be restricted in parts of the event. Unauthorized recording may lead to ejection.

Entry & Ticketing:
• All attendees must carry a valid e-ticket for entry.
• On-spot tickets will not be available at the venue. Tickets will be available only through online mode.
• Tickets once purchased are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Venue Entry & Seating:
• Gates will open at 10:00 AM – we recommend arriving early to avoid last-minute rush.
• No re-entry allowed once you exit the venue.

Security & Prohibited Items:
• Security checks will be conducted at entry; please cooperate with event staff.
• Outside food, beverages, alcohol, drugs, cigarettes, vapes, or any illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
• Please note: Food parcels are not permitted.
• Large bags, backpacks, professional cameras, and recording devices are not allowed inside the venue.
• Water will be available inside the venue.
• The event committee will not be responsible for car parking arrangements.

Show Etiquette & Experience:
• Please be respectful to fellow attendees, artists, and event staff.
• Strictly no recording or live streaming of the performance.
• Keep the venue clean and dispose of waste in designated bins.

Medical & Emergency Assistance:
• A first-aid team will be available on-site for medical emergencies.
• In case of any issues, please reach out to members of the organising team.

Important Notice:
• All ticket holders will have access to the food and may enjoy the entire program as audience only.
• They will not be permitted to participate in the cooking show or cultural performances.
