1. General Cancellation Terms

Once a ticket is booked through Bartaman Private Limited, it cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded unless specifically stated otherwise for a particular event or service.

It is the responsibility of the user to carefully review the date, time, and venue before confirming a booking.

2. Event Cancellation by Organizer

In case an event is cancelled by the organizer, Bartaman Private Limited will initiate a full refund to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

Notification of cancellation will be sent via registered email/SMS, and refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

3. Event Rescheduling

If an event is rescheduled, tickets may be valid for the new date and time. Customers will be informed about the changes via email or SMS or WhatsApp.

If a customer cannot attend the rescheduled event, a refund may be requested, subject to organizer's approval.

4. Technical Issues and Payment Failures

If a transaction fails but the amount is deducted, it will be automatically refunded to the original source within 5–7 business days.

Bartaman Private Limited is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment gateways or banks.

5. Force Majeure

Bartaman Private Limited shall not be held liable for cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or public emergencies.
